Drive to the starting point of the journey, Kande, after breakfast, and then proceed to the Forest camp. Starting in Kande, the route passes through affluent towns and forests. Arriving at Forest Camp takes about 4-5 hours due to the path's occasionally steep terrain.
Another short day walk to Lower Camp, before reaching higher terrain the morning walk follows through lovely woodland. After a few hours of the exciting and pleasant trek with a short uphill to reach Low Camp. Enjoy the overnight in the comfort of a nice simple lodge, and after lunch free at leisure for rest or a short hike.
As you ascend, the route gets more difficult and demanding. Views of the valley below and the mountains in all directions will be visible to you. It takes about four to five hours to get to High Camp and two to three hours to return to Low Camp.
The route winds through towns and backwoods. Along the way, you'll pass traditional Nepalese homes and terraced fields. It takes about five to six hours to get to Siding Town, and it takes an additional two to three hours to drive back to Pokhara from there.
