MENU 1
You will learn:
1.    Chatamari (Nepali Pizza)
2.    Daal Chapati
3.    Momo
4.    Carrot Pudding (Gajar ko Halwa)

1. Chatamari (Nepali Pizza)
Chatamari is a Newari crepe made of rice flour known as Nepali pizza. It is thin and crispy and studded with vegetables cooked in egg or minced meat with spices and herbs. It is cooked on a flat pan without flipping and features a crunchy bottom with soft filling. It's a delicious cultural snack being savored by the locals and tourists alike.
2. Daal Chapati
Chapati is soft whole wheat bread, and in this meal, it is served with mild and flavorful Nepali lentil soup (daal). The daal is flavored with turmeric, cumin, garlic, and coriander, and so it is light but nourishing. Together, this is simple, healthy, and is a staple of common Nepali food. It's fantastic for someone who wants to experience authentic homemade flavors.
3. Momo
Momo is a steamed noodle dumpling filled with ground vegetables or meat mixed with Nepali spices. The dough is soft and thin and folded in round or pleated shapes. It comes with spicy tomato sesame chutney. Momos are the Nepali favorite dish — warm, juicy, and aromatic. In class, you learn to make dough, filling, and folding.
4. Carrot Pudding (Gajar ko Halwa)
Carrot Pudding is a dessert that is prepared by slow-boiling grated carrots in milk, ghee, and sugar. Cardamom is employed for flavor and garnish in the form of cashew nuts and raisins. The pudding is soft, creamy, and comforting. This dessert is served in Nepali homes during special occasions and winter. It is simple to prepare but rich in flavor, providing just the right sweet ending to the meal.

MENU 2
You will learn:
1.    Thukpa
2.    Bara
3.    Momo
4.    Semolina Pudding (Sujiko Halwa)

1. Thukpa
Thukpa is a spicy noodle soup with Tibetan origins, consumed in the hill regions of Nepal. It is made of fresh noodles, vegetables, herbs, and a light broth flavored with ginger, garlic, and pepper. Meat or eggs can be used as a richener at times. It is healthy, delicious, and just right for cold weather. At school, you make the soup base and fresh noodles.
2. Bara
Bara is a traditional Newari savory pancake made from ground black lentils. Lightly spiced batter is fried in a pan to create golden, crispy outside and soft inside. It is highly protein-dense and can be served with egg or minced meat. Bara is usually served during festivals and other ceremonies and holds an important cultural object to learn.
3. Momo
Momo here is similar to Menu 1 — steamed dumplings with vegetable or meat filling. Flavours could be slightly different depending on folding style and used spices. You will get to mix the dough, create the perfect texture for filling, and steam them for perfection. Momos are enjoyable, interactive, and a course favorite for many students.
4. Semolina Pudding (Sujiko Halwa)
Semolina pudding, or Suji Halwa, is an old dessert made using semolina, ghee, milk, and sugar. It is creamy, slightly sweetened, and garnished with nuts and raisins. The aroma of cardamom gives it a festival and comforting touch. It is simple to make and is often prepared in Nepali homes during celebrations, breakfast, or as a warm dessert.

MENU 3
You will learn:
1.    Egg Roll
2.    Dal Bhat
3.    Chicken Curry
4.    Chocolate Momo
1. Egg Roll
Egg Roll is a tasty and crispy street snack made by rolling an egg-filled thin wheat flour roll with vegetables, onions, and spices. It is golden fried and crispy. It is quickly made, filling, and a great starter to begin the cooking process. In class, you learn to prepare the dough, fill, roll, and fry it properly.
2. Dal Bhat
Dal Bhat is the national dish of Nepal — a nutritious meal of steamed rice (bhat), lentil soup (dal), seasonal veggies, pickles, and a small dollop of yogurt or greens. It is wholesome, nutritious, and served daily in Nepali households. You will learn to cook fluffy rice, fragrant dal, vegetable curry, and chutney. This recipe gives you a complete taste of Nepali homestyle food.
3. Chicken Curry
Nepali Chicken Curry is an aromatic and flavorful dish made with fresh chicken, onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and spices like cumin, coriander, garam masala, and turmeric. It's not spicy but full of deep flavors. The curry gravy is rich and thick and is best served with rice or roti. The recipe walks you through traditional masala preparation and slow cooking technique.
4. Chocolate Momo
Chocolate Momo is a modern sweet version of the traditional momo. Instead of vegetables or meat, it is stuffed with chocolate bits or melted chocolate. Once steamed or fried, the exterior is soft but inside the chocolate melts. It usually can be served with chocolate sauce or powdered sugar. Delight to make and very popular among kids and travelers.
