Nous sommes partis à deux reprises avec Treklanders Adventures. La première fois pour un trek de 4 jours vers Poonhill, et la deuxième fois une demie-journée à Nagarkot. Ces deux expériences étaient superbes. Le guide et les sherpas sont top. L'organisation et la réactivité des équipes étaient parfaite. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir de très belles vues sur la chaîne de l'Hymalaya. Les logements et les restaurants prévus étaient tout à fait adaptés à nos besoins. Le guide, les sherpas et les chauffeurs de Jeep ont bien assuré notre sécurité tout au long des périples. Je recommande grandement de partir à l'aventure avec Treklanders Adventures. Ram, the manager of the company is so passionate that he delivers himself the guiding tours. I went with him to Namo Buddha temple and the trip was so good that I signed the after for the full Kathmandu heritage sites exploration. Ram has a perfect command of English and gets you all the history and tips that you need. Plus, he knows good restaurants for lunch and dinner ! And to make perfection, he is a great photographer for those in solo trip ! Choose Treklanders with no hesitation !

The Nagarkot sunrise trek with Ram as my guide was a perfect way to spend an early morning away from Kathmandu. Ram was super friendly and knowledgeable about the local customs and festivals and was open about sharing his own experiences growing up in Nepal. The views from the Nagarkot tower were beautiful even though there were some clouds obstructing the views of the most distant mountain peaks. After an hour or so of taking photos, Ram and I sat down for some tea and chatted before heading over to a resort for breakfast with a phenomenal view. From there, we took a short drive down to the trailhead and hiked for a few hours. The valley views were gorgeous and Ram happily pointed out some spots for ideal photo opportunities. We briefly stopped at a Hindu temple where Ram explained some of the history and customs that are observed in the region. We discussed what it's like living in Nepal and I felt like I gained some real insight into the experience of a local. It turns out that Ram also guides longer expeditions and provided me with valuable insight into my upcoming trek even though I had already booked it with a different company. If I could have gone back in time and booked with Treklanders and Ram, I would have! Highly recommend these guys for their professionalism and knowledge!
